Inspired by the Data Accountability Hub, today I embarked on a 6 months challenge. Checklist for the challenge:
1. Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily.
2. Practice a Data Analysis tool for at least 4 hours daily.
No lies detected. The execution of this program is mind-blowing! Never thought I would ever get something like this here ♥️. I am really thankful to be a Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellow 🙏
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning track at DSFP 5.0 continues to build momentum.
Fellows have been working through core concepts, building models, and applying their knowledge to real-world problems.
The focus remains on developing practical skills that support smarter, data-informed solutions.

Weeks 19–21 of the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme
These weeks were dedicated to Machine Learning using Scikit-learn and TensorFlow, and they were both challenging and exciting. I had the opportunity to revise key machine learning concepts while also learning
deployed and made accessible for others to use and interact with.
As part of the learning process, I completed a Machine Learning project on house price prediction, where I built and deployed a predictive model.

new ones that deepened my understanding of how models are built, trained, and evaluated.
One of the most exciting parts of this module was learning how to deploy machine learning models. With this knowledge, my models will no longer sit only in Jupyter notebooks, they can now be
Weeks 17 and 18 of the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme.
These weeks were fully dedicated to Power BI, and they completely changed my perspective on the tool. Before the fellowship, I mostly saw Power BI as a tool for creating beautiful dashboards.
I also completed Power BI courses on DataCamp, further strengthening my skills and confidence.
Special thanks to our instructor, Mr. Ismail Adamu and co-instructor Mr. Abdulmalik Bolaji for their excellent teaching and for significantly boosting my proficiency and confidence in
visualizations that tell clear, compelling stories. More importantly, I learned that it is important to understand how and why a tool, function or visualization works, not just how to use it. That understanding is what enables accurate, data-driven insights.
Now, I understand that it is much more, a powerful tool for data extraction, transformation, modeling, and insight generation.
During these sessions, I learned how to connect to multiple data sources, clean and transform data, build robust data models, and create meaningful
Today is Specialization Orientation at the Click-On Kaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme (DSFP).
Some fellows have already made their choice.
Others are still deciding.
Today’s session focuses on breaking down the DSFP specialization tracks ,what each track entails, the expectations, and the skills required.
The goal is simple: ensure every fellow understands the path ahead before making a final decision.
This is a defining phase of the fellowship, and the direction they choose will shape their learning journey in the months ahead.

@ClickOnKaduna break down every concept to ensure everyone understood. It was an amazing four weeks learning from him.
These weeks reinforced an important lesson for me: tools matter, but impact comes from how well you use them to solve real problems.

Weeks 12–15 of the @ClickOnKaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme
Knowing how to use a tool is one thing; using it to ask the right questions and create real impact is another. Weeks 12–15, focused on Python (my favorite data tool), gave me a true taste of what working with
@ClickOnKaduna Python techniques that deepened my ability to work confidently with real datasets.
I also completed several Python courses on DataCamp, further strengthening my problem-solving and analytical skills.
Special thanks to Mr. Bolaji Oladapo, our instructor, who took the time to
@ClickOnKaduna data in the real world looks like.
From using Python to clean and transform a very messy microplan dataset to analyzing the data and presenting insights to stakeholders, these weeks were packed with hands-on, practical experiences. I revised core concepts and learned advanced
Weeks 10 and 11 of the @ClickOnKaduna Data Science Fellowship Programme.
These weeks were all about database management, and what a transformative experience it was! We started with sketching Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and writing simple SELECT…FROM statements in MySQL
@ClickOnKaduna analyzed the data, and presented our findings. This project strengthened my SQL skills and enhanced my teamwork, analytical thinking, and presentation abilities.
I also completed DataCamp courses on Introduction to SQL and Intermediate SQL.
Special thanks to Mr. Bashir,
@ClickOnKaduna Then dived into advanced concepts like views, subqueries, CTEs, temporary tables, and window functions.
The module ended with a group project where I worked with a real-world health dataset. Collaborating with my team, we used MySQL to answer impactful health questions,
