@SamsungSupport It’s a 75 inch tv mounted on the wall. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue - Google white spots on Samsung TVs. Only to get rerouted to Angie’s list. Seriously. I have given you my phone number. Look up all this info.
@SamsungSupport TV developed white spot - googled it - very common problem. Not so common- anyone to repair it. 3 hours on the phone with Samsung support working on repair!!! Buyer beware
