I was told the bed had been cancelled but a week later received yet another confirmation saying the bed will arrive in June and when I called CS they told me I couldn't cancel since the item had shipped. Will I get my money back? I'll update you in 5-7 business days.
How is it possible that @potterybarn messed up on my order, messed up the reorder, supposedly cancelled but then didn't cancel my order, can't escalate issues, can't rush furniture items when it was their mistake, and also can't give me an ETA on said missing item?!
@potterybarn@Gpromp The last time I DM'd @potterybarn with my order #, they told me they couldn't help bc they were social media team only and to go through the website. Totally useless.
Congratulations to @potterybarn on continuing to have the worst customer service. Still waiting for an update on a bed purchased over a month ago. No updates. No refunds. No one is able to help except "I'll have an update in 3-5 business days" ๐
Called @potterybarn customer service for fun 2day to see what diff story they would tell me about the whereabouts of my missing bed. Yesterday was told it shipped on the 17th. Today? "IDK. Maybe. We may even have it. I'll email you in 3-5 biz days" Did Punk'd make a comeback?
@potterybarn Thanks for the response Ron! Sent a DM with 2 confirmation numbers and received a response that you are not customer service and to go through the website which I have done several times and received no resolution. At this point it's easier to cancel the order.
Had the worst customer service experience with @potterybarn - ordered a King bed frame in early Dec. PB mislabeled the box and delivered the wrong size. They refused to discount the item or put a rush on it. Estimated delivery date scheduled for JUNE. Super disappointed PB.
