@LTFC_Dave Trouble with that is, he hasnt cared about Portugal winning but himself winning the world cup. Sad really because like you say, one of the top 2 players of this generation, he wasnt the reason they were eliminated but would be the reason they wouldnt win the world cup.

@LewisT_Williams Some might say its only a cup game, but Yates looked real sharp in the first half, Richards looked really solid in midfield throughout, and Morris at the end showing off his pace and confidence. Those are only a small number of promising signs tonight.

@LTFCsmithy Oh yeah im aware of that, I'm just frustrated Alli and Kodua for that matter, are being forced into positions because we arent recruiting efficiently just papering over cracks. Another window passes and we yet again come out of it making profit with an incomplete squad.
