@DevonMar29@youtubeherolvl4@diawlectical Adult baptism is a broader Protestant thing but all Baptists (Mainline/Southern/etc) and certain other sects do adult baptism. The name is originally a shortened form of "Anabaptists" which was a mostly unrelated group that opposed infant baptism during the reformation.
@kingrurum15@Corina4prez@ath3na89@TheBoyOr8or He's the governor of Vermont and is regularly polled as the most popular governor in the country. He would never win a GOP primary obviously.
@LiquidSnake311@exitphom3411140@girlcloudnine So thats the current proposal most seriously being considered but the carvings themselves would take a lot longer than a few generations to erode totally. They would however largely become indistinguishable since rock coloration and vegetation build up pretty rapidly.
@kingrurum15@Corina4prez@ath3na89@TheBoyOr8or Phill Scott is basically the only elected moderate Republican still in office anywhere in the country. He is pro-choice and has supported the Democratic presidential candidates in both 2020 and 2024. He's basically a Republican because he supports tax cuts but Fetterman is worse.
@GloriousWin@luke21357@Yaz_Minsky The first time I watched Crimes of the Future I thought it was okay just underwhelming. Then I realized I thought about it more than any other one of this movies (except for The Dead Zone) and I felt insane for not liking it more the first time.
@whoseurlefty Which states don't do it then? I know for a fact that both Georgia and Oregon list the (I) next to the incumbent but there doesnt seem to be some list of which states do and don't?
@jdabre11@Sixth_Man23@ettingermentum I have not ever seen that be the case in a Georgia sample ballot for any party, I don't think that's a thing here.
@Rubicoded@NorthernIion_LP The problem was that this was right after he had single-handedly lost them like 3 runs in a row because he kept losing money on the wheel and then insisting the wheel was the only way for him to make back his money. They didn't listen to him for good reason at that point.
