Marriage is a beautiful gift from God, and something all of us should be free to celebrate, promote and defend.
But here in the UK, Christians who celebrate biblical marriage run the risk of losing their careers - as Gozen Soydag knows firsthand.
Here she shares her story👇
Jesus’ teachings bring us to a crossroad: we either decide to continue in life without Him, or we believe Him, submit to Him, and find eternal life. Listen to the sermon "Staying or Going?" to hear more from Alistair. https://t.co/livUP9Mn9W
Backsliding generally first begins with neglect of private prayer. Bibles read without prayer; sermons heard without prayer; marriages contracted without prayer; journeys undertaken without prayer; residences chosen without. @JCRyle
@DrJoLynneW Yet Jesus said:
“Blessed are you when people hate you and when they exclude you and revile you and spurn your name as evil, on account of the Son of Man! Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy, for behold, your reward is great in heaven"
Tomorrow is our last Sunday at Waterloo Youth Centre, our home since 2017.
We are thankful to God for giving us such a great place to meet.
We look forward to a new, next chapter as we move into the heart of the estate through the providence of God.
Please pray for us. We have to be out of Waterloo Youth Centre by 29 Oct so that the council can hand it over to the contractors for demolition. Please pray for a new home for GC on the Waterloo Estate.
'Bringing to life the best in women's health care' is the @RCObsGyn
