I just saw an individual football training drill on IG that lasted 18 seconds, covered 50+ yards, had resisted backpedaling & lateral shuffling, and a ladder footwork componenet as well.

Breaking News: 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th graders DON’T need recruiting exposure or rankings! They need exposure to the proper way to play the game, how to be a teammate, & enjoying the game! ZERO players ever missed out on a scholarship because they didn’t get exposure at those ages.
