Having gone through a period of daily panic attacks. I had no appetite for 2 years eatting only 800ish calories on a good day and refusing medication, I actually understand this. Compression and tight clothing under baggy clothing helped relieve the tension in my chest.

Worst period of my life, I force fed myself more and more, started excercising and fighting every day to not wallow away. Took 7 years to get out of depression, still have minor anxiety from time to time, but you can overcome without drugs. Eat well, take care of your health.

For normal people, you will never understand, you call these people lame and weak, your not wrong. I was lame, I was weak and I wanted to die every day. But its not as easy as "get over it, grow up, stop whinning." They don't want to feel that way. Its a sensation that drived you to insanity and its almost impossible to climb that wall alone. God helped me all the way along and I refused to give up.

Have a little compassion, you don't understand how much posion has made life a living nightmare for these people. They are just trying not to feel despare, hopelessness and hating themselves
