This week, we are celebrating the 100th birthday of someone special ❤️
October 10, 1924 | Claire Heymann, a German Jew, was born in Grosheubach. In 1943, she was deported to #Auschwitz. Most of her family, including her three siblings, were murdered in the war. She survived. This week, she turned 100. Join us in wishing her a wonderful year!
Claire participated in the @ABMFusa delegation of survivors to @AuschwitzMuseum to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of Auschwitz back in January 2020.

Jak nazywa się ustrój państwa, w którym służby specjalne realizują polityczne zlecenia partii rządzącej, inwigilują opozycję cyberbronią, a prokuratura w sprawach politycznych nie realizuje zasady legalizmu, wykorzystuje nielegalnie pozyskany Pegasusem materiał, który następnie wycieka do mediów publicznych i tam staje się narzędziem do siania systemowej, zorganizowanej nienawiści? Jak nazywa się ustrój państwa, w którym sądy są politycznie „zmrożone”, manipuluje się systemem losowania sędziów, a o awansie decyduje lub go niweczy, określone rozstrzygnięcie?

Fundamenty i bezpieczniki dla demokracji określone są w konstytucji i głównie sprowadzają się do realizowania zasady trójpodziału władzy. Proszę przeczytać konstytucję, a potem odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy to już tylko teoria, czy prawdziwe gwarancje, które funkcjonują w praktyce. Jest milion przykładów, że nie funkcjonują. Zapraszam do nas - opowiem chętnie Panu o ostatnich latach naszego życia. Proszę przeczytać książkę @Kokot_Michal „Polska na podsłuchu”. To jest fotografia państwa, którym stała się Polska. I nie jest to ani przesada, ani histeria, to jest diagnoza.

Demokracja nie redukuje się do faktu wyborów i policzenia głosów. Tak jak nie sprowadza się do możliwości wyjścia na protest, albo napisania Twitta. Demokracja jest procesem, a jej utratę - jak widać - można przegapić.

In May 1944, she was deported to #Auschwitz. Her mother and grandmother were murdered in the war.

She survived Auschwitz, Hamburg-Altona, and Lenzing. Today she celebrates her 92nd birthday!
