@EuroCarParts part ordered on Friday for click and collect on the next Monday. Spent 1 1/2 hours round trip to collect it on the Monday as I needed it urgently, and told in store “part not there and would have to come back the next day! Awaiting reply from customer service.

Ohh no!! My mortgage payment has just bounced because Hastings Direct still haven’t paid back the money they took when they took my premium money twice! Also got a £40 charge from the bank for my mortgage payment having insufficient funds to pay! Thanks Hastings

They took payment for my premium twice and no refuse to repay me back. They will not even look into the matter unless I provide them with my last 7 days full bank statements.

They requested to see all my bank statements for the last 7 days before they would even investigate the matter!

Nice to know your going to charge me £32 admin fee midway on my bike insurance for getting a promotion at work from supervisor to assistant manager even though I’m still in the same office. I feel conned.

Just to let you guys know my bike insurance will be voided because I don’t tell Bennetts that I’ve been promoted in my job from supervisor to manager if I don’t pay them a £32 admin fee for doing it!

Bennett’s bike insurance under the umbrella of saga insurance just told me it makes its money from customers by charging them for ANY changes in circumstances no matter how insignificant, not from the initial premium it charges. BEWARE!

Or any other change in work circumstances that will not affect your risk price, ie move to another department and have another job title, will void your insurance unless you pay them £32.
Of course this would be of immediate effect on your change until you pay them.
