Your leader, Corne Mulder, was an MP for the Conservative Party, a party that opposed the ending of Apartheid. Isn't it ironic that if the CP had succeeded the majority of South Africans would still be disenfranchised when it comes to the right to vote 💁♀️
BREAKING: Labour's Andy Burnham has won the Makerfield by-election with 24,927 votes.

Arne Slot deserves immense gratitude for delivering a Premier League title, and even more so, for the care and grace he showed while guiding the club through the grief of losing Diogo Jota.
But Liverpool have made the right decision to let him go. Conditions have changed, what they need now is not the same as when he was appointed, and there wasn’t evidence that he could fix the problems nor handle the next phase.
Questions that need to be asked. Who funds March to March and why? Who do they account to? There is constant national travel, hotels, flights, fuel and logistics involved. That costs money. A lot of money. So who is paying for it? Just curious. I’m not fighting.
I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
Wes Streeting is Labour’s Michael Gove – competent and good at media, but too obviously ambitious and has that trait that repels most people: that he’d stab literally anyone in the back without a second’s thought to further his own position
