Catherine, the Princess of Wales, has completed the Three Peaks Challenge in aid of the hospital where she was treated for cancer, describing it as a "chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back".

She did the event, which involves climbing the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales over a day, to raise funds for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity

Sex discrimination exists. If we can’t define sex we can’t stop discrimination… it’s really that simple. Sex is a biological reality. It’s not a feeling, Red lipstick, cloths or a ridiculous old fashioned stereotype. Try telling women in Iran they can feel their way out of being deprived of education Or FGM performed on women in far too many parts of Africa still or the 100s of 1000s of baby girls left to die in China during their One child rule! Women can’t feel their way out of discrimination the world over - still..

@Sporty_sal I have to say that whenever I come across people on horses coming towards me I just stop and let them pass by. If I'm coming up behind them then I just wait a distance behind them, at the same speed as thay are going. Invariably they will wave me through when the moment is right.
