@BelkinCares is now asking me to be patient after weeks of waiting for the replacement screen protector. They tell me the Customer Service Team has to deal with this but nothing happens. I have pretty much given up on #Belkin and their #Warranty and no #CustomerService

@belkin screen protector bought from @Apple Store with a lifetime warranty. Apple the retailer is no help After four failures Belkin has given up too What does a lifetime warranty really mean? don’t waste your money is my thought. Has anyone else had this issue?

@BelkinCares So far #Belkin has been unhelpful. Your lifetime #warranty is not what it appears. To make your customers return a broken screen that is still attached to the phone is not practical and discourages your customers from using the warranty at all.

The Norwegian maker invented & patented it. Herman Miller used licensed version. Today both @hermanmiller and @vitra use copies they have made themselves.

Personally, if I were you, I’d request the high back version and the matching ottoman. Very nice chair and gives head support to. That’s the high back one.
