Glyphosate was found in the semen of 60% of infertile men.

Glyphosate presents many problems for our health in general.

It induces oxidative stress, alters the SOD, CAT and GPx enzymes, negatively affect glutamate by activating NDMA receptors, inhibit GABA, interfere with the metabolism of retinoic acid and inhibit GGT plus G6PD. Glyphosate also disrupts the shikimic acid pathway (a pathway responsible for the production of vitamins and aromatic amino acids such as phenylalanine) negatively affects eNOS, the pancreas and the adrenals.

It can negatively affect the gut since it has been shown to negatively affect bifidobacterium and lactobacillus.

Not only that, but it's not proven to negatively affect fertility.

So what you can do.

-Avoid the round up ready crops such as soy

-Eat organic

-Support glucuronidation

-Magnesium

-Things that contain acetobacters such as ACV or sauerkraut

-Fulvic acid

-Humic acid

-Glycine

-Garlic

-MSM could be used

-Make sure to get enough B vitamins

-Zinc-rich foods/zinc carnosine

-Colostrum

-Ginkgo biloba
