It's always someone's fault. It seems that nowadays there's always someone blaming another. What Airbnb should do is update its terms and agreements to release possible liabilities off their shoulders.

@GilliesLaw Yes, the person throwing the party should be responsible for security. It's not necessary but if there is a possibility of a problem irrupting then they should definitely hire some sort of protection. Having said that, guests who attend the party should know anything can happen.

@s_bcss Unfortunately, physical assault happens all the time around the world. In Canada Assault Causing Bodily Harm punishments range from 18 months to 10 years in jail. This is a severe #punishment and I believe that it forces many to think twice before performing acts like this.

In New Jersey, a bill to ban discrimination based on hair has been approved. This move comes one year after a wrestler was told that he had to cut his dreadlocks or forfeit the match. I am extremely happy to see this change take place.
