The suspect has been arrested and identified as 30 year old Ricoh McClain. He is facing charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment in the death of the victim, Kevin Tyrell Davis.

Some police officers definitely abuse their power and should face charges in incidents that do occur. Otherwise, most police officers are doing their jobs well and use the power that they have in a proper manner.

The sheriff in #NorthCarolina should definitely receive charges for this incident. Legal action should be taken by the student and his parents. If anything, the district should also pursue legal actions as well. The sheriff should be charged with #assault.

This is a great bill that has been approved by #lawmakers. People should not be discriminated based on their hairstyle and should be free to do what they want with it. #Discrimination of hairstyle should not restrict any person in any matter of participating in such events.

In New Jersey, a bill to ban discrimination based on hair has been approved. This move comes one year after a wrestler was told that he had to cut his dreadlocks or forfeit the match. I am extremely happy to see this change take place.

She should not receive life in prison as she was held captive by a serial sex abuser for years. She was purely just trying to escape from a harmful man. Hopefully the appeal by her lawyer is granted and allows her to not receive a #lifesentence.

If the suspect is found he should be charged with assault with a weapon as he used some sort of sharp object to wound the victim. Hopefully the suspect is found and receives consequences for his actions.

He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is in jail on a $75,000 bond. He has also been given warrants for past domestic violence charges and at least one other weapons charge. This is also definitely an act of #domesticviolence.

Hopefully the strike does not resume and a contract is implemented solving this issue. If the strike continues this will have a large affect on all students as it will prolong the school year; especially grade 12's as they are entering post-secondary at the end of the year.

1/3 36 year old #Pennsylvania woman, Lisa Snyder has been #arrested and charged with murdering 2 of her children, more than 2 months after they were found hanging from a beam in the basement of their home.

2/3 Snyder was also charged with 2 counts of endangering the #welfare of #children and 1 count of #tampering with #evidence. She is being held without #bail and denies killing her children, claiming that they died by #suicide.

1/3 40 year old #Charlottetown woman, Shannon Dawn Rayner has been convicted of #infanticide for killing 3 of her #newborn #babies. Rayner was charged in 2018 after the remains of 2 of her infants were found at the house she was living at the time.

1/2 33 year old suspect, Jamey Estep has been arrested and charged with 2nd-degree burglary, theft and trafficking for his alleged role in the heist of Terry Francona's #WorldSeries rings. It is said that Estep will receive a numerous amount of years if convicted.
