@greateranglia Oh how come? When there is football on there are additional services and for previous concerts you have put on additional services stopping at Northumberland Park
@SW_Help will you be running trains with more carriages on Sunday 27th in and out of Portsmouth for all the extra people going to @VictoriousFest ? Are the times in the journey planner all the trains, or will additional services be added?
@GreaterAngliaPR@Stansted_Exp@STN_Airport Looking at the future timetable on your app, I can see that although you are increasing the Stansted Express trains to 4 an hour, services to Stansted Mountfitchet have been reduced. Why is this? Was hoping with extra Express trains, more would stop here too.

@virginmedia I see no way of checking there. All I see is I seem to have two orders placed, one on 28th and one on 5th July. One does seem to be for TV, which I don't have. Why can't someone just call me?

@virginmedia I originally tried to book online and was told Friday. Then when I phoned was told Monday. On the latest call they said the 5th of July! So it appears that you are just picking dates randomly for appointments. Hence why I need to speak to someone
@virginmedia I have phoned many times and not getting anywhere, I need someone from field service team to call me. I don't understand why you make it so difficult to be able to get any help!
