@actionfrauduk received this text this morning from allegedly Nat West (not my bank) saying there has been unusual activity on my on-line banking and to click a link to verify details. Obviously a scam.
@AskNationwide I went through the website, which then took me to the internet banking but this time the missing link was visible. The fixed ISA has now successful opened. Many thanks for your assistance.
@AskNationwide I am trying to open a Fixed ISA but there seems to be a problem with the link for the T&C. I have enclosed a snap shot of the screen so you can see where the missing link should be. Is there a problem with the site or another reason. Thanks
@AskNationwide There is no link to open the t&c which is normally in blue. There is a link for the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, which works. I have also tried using 2 different internet browsers and 2 different accounts. All have the same missing link.
