The Church of St Hubert is one of the National Park's little secrets.

Dedicated to the patron saint of hunting, this tiny medieval chapel is the single remnant of Old Idsworth village.

Our landscape has been grazed by sheep for centuries and many of our rarest species are dependent on them.

Horseshoe vetch, on which the Adonis blue butterfly feeds & lays its eggs, can only grow because the sheep graze the longer grasses.
