@MartinSLewis Any idea of issues within Virgin Money ? Had a distribution on a Stocks & Shares ISA on 4/4/24. Still waiting for it to paid to bank account. Prior to 2024 always paid same day. Told 4 times it will be looked into.

@VirginMoney This is my 3rd attempt to get an answer. 1st time I was told by the team that the delay was due to the amount of people in the fund (never been a problem before). Secondly, through the app messaging I was told it will be taken up with the managers with no further updates.

What’s going on at @VirginMoney? Still waiting for Virgin Money Growth Fund distribution paid on the 4th April to reach bank account. Before Nationwide got involved it was paid as soon as the distribution was declared. Making money out of holding customers money ?
