@RideUTA I would like to lodge a complaint against the bus driver of the #2 route starting at UoU at 4:34 PM on 6/24/2020. They were 10 minutes late on their route, resulting in passengers missing the SB Frontrunner and having to wait an hour at the station for the next one.

Apparently I can't win @rideuta if I take the 5:55 #2 to SLCC, I'm 20 minutes early for the next Frontrunner South, if I take the 6:10, I'm 4 minutes late. And if I take the redline to Murray, it's a toss up if I'm late or early. Why can't you have anything be ON TIME! #utafail

@RideUTA Why have you made the bus schedule for the 2 and 2X so inconvenient? I used to take the 5:59 to SLC Central, but now it's either the 5:55 (which means I have to clock out from work 15 minutes early) or the 6:10 (which means I miss the SB Frontrunner), 2X needs hospital!

First Monday of the new month, @RideUTA Frontrunner SB from SLC is 1 hour late. Stop wasting money on meals and spend some on repairs to your trains! Compensation would be great for the time lost, but you know that doesn't happen. Worst is, they lie about delay time! #UTAFail

Why is @RideUTA taking the hospital off the 2X schedule? 90% of the riders (during off school season) get off at the hospital, it should be made the first stop!

@RideUTA was so late southbound yesterday I got home early by catching the 7 PM Frontrunner at 7:30! Also their Twitter account did not mention any delays for southbound travel. #UTAFail

Why do I keep finding my account following new people that I did not follow? And I did change my password and eliminate all apps and allowed connections but it still happens.
