@bt_uk I have put in several complaints none have got anywhere, I placed the order in sept 2024, the install date was Oct 24, the cable is lying waiting to be connected, even the CEOs office has tried to sort but failed, BT are shocking in my opinion

@MichelePaduano @bt_uk @BTGroup Michele can you believe BT haven't turned up to connect the cable is ready to be connected to the router, a 20 min job, there IT automatically cancelled the order as BT hadn't put an update on , email to customer relations are being ignored, my Offcom compo is now at £1300 !!

@MichelePaduano @bt_uk @BTGroup They are shocking Michele , I placed an order for broadband on September 8th 2024, loads of issues getting them out to complete the dig, they finally said they would connect today, as myself and partner are at work we arranged for a house sitter, guess what no one turned up

@TUIUK a member of staff told us there would be a delay and she then disappeared , as a company you need to hold a debrief into the whole matter even the , Pilot as he said he hadn't used the medical alert procedure before as it was new, and no ground crew available to unload baggage,

@TUIUK still waiting for our luggage from flight TOM 523, we landed at 21.57, held on board for nearly an hour due to a couple of sick passengers, it's 2 hours since we landed and our luggage hasn't been unloaded yet, the TUI rep can't be found, shocking

@Rookieresponder It didn't used to be like that, I served for 30yrs and have lifelong friends, the demise came when they closed all the Police clubs, senior officers who worked 9-5 saw them as drinking dens, but shift officers saw them as places to offload and relax with like minded people,
