The key question is how and which products to focus on

needs to have a strategy to provide competitive goods at a decent wage to the people delivering them.
Grant are demeaning to the recipients and unsustainable.
Investments in the right infrastructure and education follows.

Then compare this to the perceived value add of the meeting in question
