@DirectLine absolutely awful service dealing with our non autoglass windscreen replacement. Dropped call, huge waiting times on calls, only to then be put through to wrong people. Currently self insuring after paying Tesla direct for the windscreen. Really poor service.

It’s horrendous now. almost zero new chargers since I first started charging with my bmw i3 in 2017.. the system isn’t working, rapid chargers staying out of order for months. Complete lack of infrastructure development… and flawed maintenance/responsibility

@ChargePlaceScot There are loads out! Zap map shows them all out. 51255 (out for months now powered down.50497 (out for months) then there are issues with car club cars blocking other chargers and other chargers shut down (chapel street car parks). There are far less available chargers now..

@ChargePlaceScot Aberdeen charging is woeful. After a promising start why do I feel the the charge place Scotland system is broken. Thank for I can reply in the Tesla network and home charging. Some rapid chargers in abz have been broken from months. Poor

@ChargePlaceScot the aberdeen network is a joke now. Asda rapid has been down for over a month, broomhill rapid over 5 weeks various issues with other 22kw chargers on the network nearby too. Luckily I have Tesla supercharger to fall back on but this isn’t a great network.

@ChargePlaceScot there seems to be a growing problem with te charging network. Most chargeres are not working in aberdeen. Crazy. Check aberdeen rapid chargers. Most not working

@rapha ordered a week ago. Order in progress ( hasn’t been dispatched). Purchased kit elsewhere, can’t cancel order or get refund until you sort out your issues. Pretty poor from a company I’ve alway held in high regard.
