@syswarren And from an Employer’s perspective. When I interview a candidate I’m majority concerned with their approach and design thinking vs output.
But I agree that there’s lots of mediums to present this info these days beyond written content.

If done well, they don’t just show what you can do, but *how* you do it (approach). Which in my experience is the deciding factor.
