@UPS has to be ranked one of the worst companies for customer service. I don't even know why they offer overnight shipping the amount of times my packages have not arrived on time. Currently my latest package is LOST.
@UPS you guys have the worst customer service. I've had an account for YEARS. I JUST spent over $400 for overnight shipping that didn't happen. You admited that it was your fault but still refusing to give me a refund!! And it said guaranteed!
@UPS is this how you treat your customers?????? I've been pushed from agent to agent. Put on hold, hung up on and told 3 different things about a simple package I shipped overnight. I need a REFUND!!

@WaffleHouse y'all have GOT to do better. I'm at the location in Atlanta on Centennial Park Dr. We stood at the door for 10 minutes. Never greeted. We grabbed our own table. Never served until we grabbed a server. Saw several people come in and walk out. What's up?
