Effective communication is very essential in mastering tech negotiation, talking about understanding negotiations dynamics, communication styles is very paramount because if you cannot communicate, you are definitely not for a business.
During the week, I learnt how to create a product roadmap using the Productboard.
Product Manager is responsible for creating the product roadmap. It allows to manage, prioritize, align and collaborate with the product teams.
Steps in creating the product roadmap are listed below;
1. Set a Clear Vision
2. Make Smarter Data-driven prioritization decisions
3. Understanding the audience
4. Build the roadmap
5. Communicate with Storytelling.

4. Qualify Phase: This phase is before the launch phase, where the product and the service (website,
by team so its lifecycle can be visualized. We create a project plan that all team will follow, a business case, an implementation plan and a market strategy by the marketing team.
