@timbruenjes @gollinho PAL bzw. NTSC war für analoges Farbfernsehen und hat in der digitalen Zeit keine Bedeutung mehr. In Europa haben wir DVB-Standards. Privatfernsehen in DE ist MPEG2 576i und HD MPEG4 1080i. 50 & 60 Hz stimmt weiterhin, muss aber nichts groß "konvertiert" werden.

@wunstepback @saraaa7447 This fake news is still spreading thanks to Erik Parkers awful Windows XP video. No it's not a timebomb and it will not get infected the moment it connects to the internet. All routers today have integrated firewall and other security features that prevents this.

@luciascarlet Didn’t Microsoft patent the Windows snapping system? I think I remember reading something about that many years ago why Mac OS X Snow Leopard or Lion will not get a similiar feature.

@bee_fumo Sure, this is obviously much a bigger issue, kinda weird how this has never been addressed. People would propably advise to just rename the folder or create a link but imo that's not a real fix and will look stupid in file managers.

Here, you expect macOS to have a complicated installer to move one app into another folder.

@Cartidise @AnxiousHolly ..but why? It’s one file (technically a folder, but whatever), a single thing you just drag into the Applications folder. Why would someone need an installer to just move one file into a folder..

@Futur3Sn0w Wow, it's been already that long, that people today no longer can tell the diference between the DirectUI and Continuum start menu. This was a huge debate back in 2014.
