@JialiangLiang @avidresearch TYRA-300 is intriguing with, so far, reasonably decent toxicity. The field of FGFR3 agents is somewhat crowded with 3 approved and Lily in clinic with former LOXO drug. Ph2 will hold the key for $TYRA
