🚨87 year old Federal judge David Hittner just struck down Texas SB 12, blocking restrictions on sexually oriented performances in front of minors.

His closing line to anyone who objects: “just don’t go.” That’s not a serious answer.

The law targeted commercial venues hosting sexualized acts around children, not private adult events. Telling parents to simply stay home ignores the state’s interest in keeping explicit content away from kids in public and commercial spaces. Overbreadth arguments shouldn’t swallow the ability to draw a line at minors.

According to the pair, the Obamacare marketplace is plagued by fraud in large part because the Biden administration dismantled basic program integrity guardrails. Shady insurance agents and other bad actors flooded the system, submitting applications for fake people and stolen identities. Their goal? Collect millions in fees from insurance companies for selling plans they never legitimately sold — often zero-premium plans so the “enrollees” never even notice.

These rogue agents have been paid to enroll unsuspecting Americans in coverage they never signed up for.
Kennedy and Oz say the Trump administration’s aggressive enforcement is already working:

thousands of fraudulent policies have been eliminated, and they’re just getting started. They’re teaming up with insurers to cancel every policy that should never have been issued and recover every taxpayer dollar that was fraudulently paid out.

This is exactly why we need to pass President Trump’s plan to restore accountability and stop the racket.

Thorsen worked on major studies examining vaccines and autism that were cited by the CDC and became part of the scientific foundation used to dismiss concerns about a possible connection.

He was later accused by federal prosecutors of stealing more than $1 million in CDC grant money intended for research, using fabricated documents and fraudulent invoices to divert the funds for his own use.

For years, we’ve been told not to question the science on vaccines and autism. We were told the evidence was overwhelming and the people conducting the research could be trusted.

When the integrity of the people producing that science comes into question, so should our willingness to accept their conclusions without scrutiny.
