@pi_mij @LPJamison @Mr5yy @Timcast The only thing separated breaking and entering from trespassing is intent. It is at the very least trespassing. He chose not to cooperate and instead tried to wrestle a man with a gun. Citizens arrest is lawful under those circumstances in Georgia.
