When you send a parcel containing ALL your nephews presents from their families up to Derby due to tier 4 and @Hermesparcels apologies 'Sorry it will be delayed!' NOT good enough, two little boys will now have nothing to open on Christmas day. Absolutely awful service.
@AsdaServiceTeam Hi, I amended my shop yesterday at around 20:30 and when I checked it later that evening it said the amends hadn't gone through and it was then too late to change it and I have been charged £3 for not meeting the minimum charge. Can this be refunded?
@MAMBABYUK I have the self sterilising MAM bottles. I believe they stay sterile for 48 hours. Should I make the bottle up or leave as it is when put in the microwave?
