@Sears when I called again they picked up andhad me on hold for an hour and when someone finally picked up they forwarded me to another department. Sears has the Worse customer service ever!! How can I schedule a replacement for my new washer/dryer just purchased? @Sears #sears

@sears Mel C. From your customer service line was so rude and hung up the phone on me when I kindly requested for a replacement after new washer/dryer were delivered to my house broken and damaged. When I asked him if I could speak with his supervisor he hung up on me.
