Lonestar bonus was only like 2.5%, pretty much nothing, just a bait on paper.
Leveling up faster was actually done because of you guys who were crying about it being too slow.

@WARDOGS 2/2 As it stands right now it will still be possible to just camp outside the zone on a hill and spot EVERYTHING for the entire game.
Overall experience was much better when it was taken out of the game. Would not miss it if you guys just decided to delete it for good.

@WARDOGS 1/2 As a recon main, the IR range finder should be reworked further.
Maybe give the IR effect a range of like 250m or somethin? Also the battery should not last that long, 60s at most.
It's just too OP and it honestly ruins the game.

For example you can literally two shot a lvl 4 amor dude by shooting his legs with 1911 using flesh ammo.

@Brammflakes As a recon main who runs the .50 BMG, lvl 4 helmet and lvl 3 armor + the IR range finder I fully support this decision.
Shit was op af, not uncommon for me to spot and vaporize everything in 600m radius while baiting and tanking shots.

In regards to your question, yes cash and XP will be wiped this season, your cash will be converted into gold bars. Each season we'll be trying to add more and more to the meta game and delivering more persistence through player skills and 'intel'.

We'll be talking more about how the meta game and persistance works in the future.
