There has been no final, legally binding international court judgment concluding that genocide has been committed in Gaza.

There is also no credible footage whatsoever of the IDF committing deliberate mass murder.

What actually has been very well documented in Gaza, with plenty of footage to support it, is Hamas carrying out public executions, Gazans parading the dead bodies of Israelis through the streets, Gazans openly stating that they want their children to be sacrificed as "martyrs", and footage of Israeli hostages who, when released, looked like victims of the Holocaust in WWII.

Finally, showing footage of destroyed buildings doesn't, by any definition, automatically translate to "genocide". It's an intellectually lazy use of "shock factor" to convince the gullible to swallow your skewed narrative.

On August 2nd, Kshitiz Lamba, AKA @umichvoter, intentionally propagated a fake story about Haley Stevens’ campaign, lying about an "inside campaign leak" claiming she was "down about 14 points." In his next tweet, he claimed "4+ different people have been able to confirm" anonymously his reporting.

Lamba is an Indian-born, New York resident anonymously operating the @umichvoter account giving heavy commentary on Michigan’s recent primary.

At its peak, the original false story garnered over 900,000 views on just the original tweet.

Things I'd be curious about - Was Lamba paid by anyone to post his false story? Was he placing any bets on Polymarket or Kalshi prior to posting the story? Who are the 4 sources who misinformed him, and were they placing any bets as well?

Why didn't other socialist accounts attempt to do even basic fact checking about the story before amplifying it online? Were other pollsters impacted by malicious actors like this? Was any of this effort actually coordinated behind the scenes?

Others have acknowledged the potential impact this could have had on the race, with Lamba (@umichvoter) eventually deleting the tweet himself and saying as much. @Mike_from_PA (known for abusing couches and cheeseburgers) retweeted another post, thanking Lamba for discouraging any Stevens voters on primary day.
