"What is your Testing Strategy / Campaign setup"
CBO $250 Budgets - 1 Adset per Script
Script = Ad copy 1x Hook 3x Images 5x Headline 2x
Day 1 - 6 Scripts (roughly 30 creatives total, each script is from the top 3 subs found in research)
Day 2+3 - Create another 3-4 scripts (Keep Budget the same)
Day 4 - Make zero changes to budget or ads
Day 5 - You now have almost 70 creatives (14 adsets) with $1,250, it has had two days untouched to optimise. If metrics are good then start doubling aggressively (Money=Data, don't be emotional). When i say good metrics, i am not talking about 2.7 Roas, i am talking about 0.7 (Supps) or 0.85 (OTP mid ticket). With those metrics i will keep doubling, gaining data and learning from it. Lock in on retention.
If the metrics are cheeks then kill, move on.
For people who spend $50-$100 a day on tests for 2 weeks - I would rather spend $250/day for 5 days than $100/day for 12. Quick data, Money Likes Motion
Day 24.
Launched the ad campaign tonight — three ad sets, one for each psychological angle, real copy behind each one instead of just throwing creatives at the wall.
Also posting my first "behind the scenes" video today — a timelapse of a full work session, shot from behind. No talking, no explaining, just the actual process of building this.
Really grateful for everything I had learned with my old pc , but right now my best invest was my setup , and my work went for 1/2 hours of focus vs 5/6 non stop , love it
Thx God for everything and absolute for me not giving up
Now launching the 2 test we will soon .

Day 23.
Locked in the ad structure today — ABO instead of CBO this time, three ad sets split by psychological angle instead of guessing. Learned that lesson the hard way in round 1.
Generated real emotional hooks from actual customer discussions online, filtered out the ones with claims I couldn't back up, and started producing the first creatives.
Launching Monday. Third time building this exact process — getting faster each round, not just at the tasks, but at knowing what actually matters.
Day 22.
Worked hard today. Finished the store, ran the foundational docs process, and generated a batch of emotional hooks from real customer discussions online.
Tomorrow: locking in the ad campaign structure properly this time — splitting angles instead of just throwing creatives together.
Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. Applying that lesson from round 1.

Day 21
I'm back. Took 2 full days off to train and reset properly.
Learned something during the speed run I want to actually apply: fast doesn't mean skipping the part where you do it right. Back to work today — GentleGrind and PostureCloude, both need real attention.
Day 16.
Taking today off. No store building, no ad accounts, no copy.
Round 1 taught me something real: speed doesn't mean skipping the recovery. Building for weeks straight and pushing through a failed test without stopping isn't discipline, it's just burnout waiting to happen.
Back tomorrow to rebuild the offer properly.
Day 16/17/18.
Been a few days since I last posted here — head down running the actual test.
Update: spent €122 on ads. Zero purchases. Zero add-to-carts.
One creative got close to €100 on its own, sent real traffic to the product page, and still nothing. That's not "too early to tell" anymore — that's a real signal.
Paused the whole campaign. Going back to rebuild the offer and the product page before touching the ad account again. Structure wasn't the problem. What happens after the click probably was.
This is the part nobody posts about. Documenting it anyway.
