I built GreenRoom because creators already have enough to do without constantly wondering what changed, what they missed, or what they should be paying attention to.

Today, it won 1st place in Audience Growth & Community Engagement at Creative Minds Jam #1 🥹

Out of 101 submissions. Still processing that one.

@GreenRoomLab is still early, and there’s a lot I want to build from here. But seeing the idea understood and recognized like this means a lot.

Thank you @hellominds_, @TheSandboxGame and @opencampus_xyz for giving me the room to build something I genuinely wanted to exist.

I built this because I'm tired of keeping a mental list of things people told me to “wait” for.

Refunds. Applications. Payments. Submissions.

You wait three days, then five, then suddenly you're wondering whether you were supposed to follow up a week ago.

So I used @whacka_app to build a tiny app called StillWaiting.

It remembers what I'm waiting for, how long I've been waiting, and when it's reasonable to chase it.

It doesn't make waiting any shorter.

It just means I don't have to carry the waiting with me.

A customer can be interested in paying you and still disappear because you forgot to reply.

That's such a sad way to lose money.

No bad review. No argument. No dramatic “we've decided to go with someone else.”

Just a message you meant to come back to.

Someone asks for your price. You reply. Maybe they say they'll get back to you. You tell yourself you'll follow up in a few days.

Then work gets busy.

Three days becomes seven.

And somewhere in that silence, a warm lead becomes an old chat.

That's the problem I gave @whacka_app.

I built GhostDesk around it.

It keeps your enquiries together, remembers who needs a follow-up, shows you what's starting to go cold, and keeps the money attached to those conversations visible.

It's not trying to reinvent how people sell.

I just don't think “I forgot to follow up” should be the reason you lose your next client.
