@AlaskaAir cancelled our flight home last Thursday, rebooking us on flights tomorrow, then this morning canceled tomorrow’s flight and didn’t even rebook us on a future one. 10+ hour wait to speak with an agent on the phone, and have waited 4+ hours for online chat support.

@AHS_Warranty NINE DAYS since my water heater died. Case marked closed in my account and all I’ve been provided with is a verbal quote for $2,335 in “upgrades” without disclosure of the model they’d replace it with. Though requested, no cash out option has been provided.

@AHS_Warranty DAY 8 of NO HOT WATER due to purposeful mismanagement of my case (now marked “closed”) and tenants arrive tomorrow. Notified MY cost will be $2200+ to use their 1-Yelp starred plumber, but no info on what model they would installed and WHY my cost is so high.
