This is the 5th time I've been told to check out security tips. I've followed it all. There is no guarantee my account is secure because it abided by these tips before the hijacking.

@JagexAsh They've given the same response, recover account and check the security tips page. Account is recovered, I've already had all those tips in place on my account, yet I still lost it all. No linked accounts no compromised emails. Either a backdoor or bad actor it seems like.

I checked my email access; this email is only used for OSRS, and no other logins happened, no other devices with access to the email. I only play on runelite.

@JagexAsh @SwagWithWheels I was hijacked last week and lost my entire bank that took years to build, through 2FA with no email compromise. No idea what is going on and haven't received answers. I don't know if my account is even going to be safe ever again? Any dedicated tickets I can open? thx

Malua just pointed me to the Security tips page, which I've already followed every step on. No answers and no clue if my account is still compromised. Was there a QR code Authenticator breach? Nothing else makes sense to me or my security associates.

There is no 3rd party apps linked with this account. The authenticator has been on since I've played this account. The only reason I didn't have a bank pin was thinking 2FA was infallible.

I still haven't received a real answer how this would have happened through 2FA.

@OldSchoolRS Account bank is gone due to being hijacked through 2FA with no access to email. I'm floored to lose nearly a bil and 100 days of grinding for it, while doing everything I can just short of using the irritating bank pin system to prevent this.

No answers as to how this happened
