@SophieRHerzog A few ideas...
Saddle pressure mapping/saddle fit. Not sure how common this service is, but a few of our female athletes have had this and it was a game changer.
Selle Italia SLR Boost seems to be a saddle lots end up happy with ๐
Most amateur athletes spend 70% of their time in "No Manโs Land." Too fast for recovery. Too slow for real threshold gains. Here is how to structure your week like a Pro to actually see your PRs drop. ๐
@ORION_coaching 177k bike course and top 10 all went sub 4 on the bike. Not really a standout performance by one person, just a short course and very fast conditions/group.
@andrewwoodroffe It doesn't have to be hard, lonely and tough though. Your choice to do that. Fair play to the people having fun, doing less hours, and going for brunch. Sounds great.
Change to Aquabike rules for 2025 ๐
It's certainly an improvement from people trying to dismount at 45kph and get over a timing mat at the transition entrance shouldering their bike ๐
Hopefully doesn't lead to too many TT bike bunch sprints ๐
@thebricksession Not ideal... but it is 8 months notice! I imagine organising 10 races in major locations around the world almost from scratch isn't the easiest task ๐
Annual reminder that one of triathlon and cycling's biggest financiers, the younger prince of Bahrain, is a horrible human who became involved in endurance sports to whitewash human rights violations.
