Acquitted! After 14 months, a victory for every journalist and all those who believe in free speech. Defend journalism; Expose Labour; Repeal Section 127
I responded in time to a deadline set by someone who works for a firm of lawyers employed as an “independent investigator” by @BrightonHoveCC.
The firm has earned nearly £250,000 in fees from @BrightonHoveCC insane @bhlabour won control of the council in May 2023.
I asked for an email confirming receipt of my response on Tuesday, June 2.
I immediately received an email”out of office” auto reply, suggesting I call a (non-geographic” telephone number of a colleague if it was urgent.
The call went the voicemail of a mobile number. I rang the mobile number and was asked to leave a message.
I have still not received confirmation that my June 2 response was received.
The End.
@GregHadfield@BrightonHoveCC I'm blocked by Ms Sankey on FB, all my SAR's are now refused regardless, it's what happens when you to try to shine light on what happens at @BrightonHoveCC
I know it's Friday, but....
I urgently needed a reply to a deadline set on June 2 by a @BrightonHoveCC senior officer ("by close of play [Sunday] June 7").
The officer hadn't replied to an email I sent in response to her deadline (at 5.59pm on Wednesday ).
So I tried to telephone today. I was told by a telephone operator - with an email address that strangely turned out to be from "[email protected]" - that the senior officer's department did not take calls after 3.30pm on any weekday. Ever!
So both the operator and I, separately, emailed her.
And got an auto-reply to say she worked part-time and was not available until Monday, June 8.
She suggested emailing a colleague. Who turned out to be "out of the office".
Separately, I cc'd in another (very) senior officer who had an auto-reply that said she was out of the office until June 5.
I pointed out in reply that today was, in fact, June 5.
So I find myself missing a Sunday afternoon/evening deadline set by a @BrightonHoveCC officer who was too busy to do her job to reply to an email.
And one - of several - who cannot be contacted by phone after 3.30pm. Ever!
I contacted the person the officer's colleague's auto-reply suggested I contact. She was "out of office".
The End
This is what drives people up the wall with Labour:
a) Every Minister, from Starmer down, mouths the platitude "our priority must be Epstein's victims".
b) Mandelson is forced to resign because of his friendship with Epstein
c) Darren Jones sends Mandelson a sycophantic, fawning message AFTER his relationship with Epstein is fully exposed.
d) Darren Jones literally goes on national television and lies about sending that message.
e) Darren Jones lies are finally exposed themselves.
f) Jones "allies" then start roaming around, briefing the media HE is the victim.
g) Jones carries on in post as if nothing has happened
This isn’t the case, Michael.
Police can - and do - routinely make “Charter” requests.
The outcome, of course, depends on how devious an account-holder is/has been.
Hope you enjoy Brighton!
@SangitaMyska In my experience, Sangita, it is not possible to trace abusive and threatening accounts, no matter how abusive or how threatening. The police told me that Musk won't allow release of details.
@GregHadfield No one in the Mandelson-China-Starmer orbit ever seems to be able to keep a record of the work. Or minutes of meetings. Or possession of their phone.
Labour MPs and peers reacted with fury as former No 10 spin doctor Matthew Doyle re-took his seat in the House of Lords after his suspension from the party over his links to a convicted sex offender

Yet another devastating thread by @jodymcintyre_ exposing how close senior Labour figures are to the genocidal Zionist entity. These people are perverting our democracy.
The fact @LindsayHoyle_MP was emailing Israeli politicians is bad enough but to use the powers of the @CommonsSpeaker to block publication of these communications is an affront to democracy. They need to be published and he needs to be removed from office.
