🚨 AMZ ACCOUNT AT RISK FOR FALSE COUNTERFEIT VIOLATIONS
Some marketing agency working for a competitor just hit me with 5 fake counterfeit violations on my original sticker books. My Account Health was always perfect at 1000. Today it dropped straight to 0 in one day. The account could get shut down any minute.
My legal counsel confirms this is a clear case and it’s just a dirty move by a competitor.
We submitted invoices, original design files and clear side by side proof showing the products are totally different (design created in house). Amazon rejected every appeal. Not even reading them. Account Health support is doing nothing.

Browse nodes changed for 20 ASINs which caused them to separate from the variation of 50. Amazon internal team is working on it but hasn't fixed the issue. Its been over a week with no solution. Please advise.

🚨Our wall art brand is getting decimated by Amazon's new Size Normalization. 🚨
Amazon's automatically enforced new rules are making our listings very confusing for customers, it is having the exact opposite effect from what was intended. We received explicit permission to create our listings the way we had them, now that Amazon has changed hundreds of our parent listings, sales are down 40% right at the peak of our sales season. This is putting around 20 stateside jobs at risk.
What happened:
1. 24 hours ago, Amazons normalization policy began altering our listings, with no warning or indication of changes made. The changes affected around 100 parent listings
2. The affected listings now experience the following issues:
- A) children were removed that were proper children
- B) new variation names forcefully created by Amazon that do not match the products we sell creating a poor customer experience.
- C) Variation names of proper children were changed that no longer properly describe the variations, leading to confusion.
We need assistance in reversing these changes to return our listings as they were before.
Another nice surprice. Our brand got suddenly removed by @amazon without giving a reason. We have not violated guidelines & I am personally owner of the trademark and company that is using the brand. never had an issue...pls help @amazonhelp@dharmeshmehta@amznsellerhelp
