Looks like a Norway maple (?) Which doesn't cope so well with this level of pruning.

@paulpowlesland The cost, logistics and very low rate of it successfully establishing after transplanting means you're much better off using the time and money to plant several new ones

the only people that can really comment on and advise on this sort of issue are experienced and qualified arboriculturists

Also factoring in the life left of the tree and if establishing a new one is more valuable and worthwhile comes into decision making
