@Collinson it is now 60 hours since my son took his PCR test with you at Heathrow & still no result. He is due to travel to the airport in 90mins to come out and see his family who he hasn’t seen for 19 months due to the pandemic! Your service is appalling
@eleanortalking@Collinson The same for us, my son who we haven’t seen for 19months has been waiting over 50 hours and he flies in the morning. @collinson is recommended by Emirates, who I will be speaking to in the morning as this is not good service!
Waited 19 months to see my son due to the pandemic and still waiting (more than 50 hours now) for his pre-departure PCR result from @Collinson. Disappointing and very stressful. He flys first thing in the morning meaning we will be having a sleepless night - not a great service!
