In Islam, to prove rape, you need 4 male witnesses. And marital rape isn’t rape. Sex slave rape isn’t rape. Child marriage is legal by virtue of which child bride rape is not rape. Because in Islam consent doesn’t exist. You are married off to a man at any age, he owns you and can have sex with you. He doesn’t need consent because you don’t have it to give to begin with. After committing jihad against your people, he took you as a sex slave so he owns you and can have sex with you. He doesn’t need consent because you don’t have it to give to begin with. See the circular reasoning here? In Islam, it’s virtually impossible to prove rape. So no! Rapists don’t get killed. There’s sex outside marriage that is haram and for which you get killed though.
