I think designing #organizations with an image of conditions in mind (perhaps more static than dynamic) that the org must function in is doable especially if the image is your known upper boundary limits.

If you have no upper boundary, that is a different problem.

Troubled by the "volume first" #fitness coaches. Followed only by coaching by imperatives: "I HAVE to run 11 miles today," an attitude for professional athletes.

What seems to be missing is coaching by intensity over volume focused on interval work translating into duration.

MA is not trained or set up to fight 546 wildfires beyond the DCR & maybe NPS. Ground/surface fires take lots of energy, like AK. Eco fire

Watching professional tree cutters clear roads in North Carolina is always good to see.

This is the first time I have ever worked with a watercolor painter to bring a layered and dimensional concept to present to others. The collaboration started with ease, and we were quickly on the same page. Writing up the #design rules was the hardest step. Very excited.

@DisastrousComms An ongoing conflict over how we should live and we are seeing the cracks in the familiar. Traditional modes of living are unsustainable from dwellings to consumption to business. Sustainable & against unsustainability living is the opposition & solution against dominant economies
