I miss the days when studios could afford to stick with games that didn’t fully live up to their potential. So many amazing sequels to decent first entires. We don’t get that anymore. If your first game isn’t a hit the studio dies or they pivot and abandon the idea 😔
Assassins creed 1 doesn’t hold up well from a gameplay perspective at all. The story and atmosphere are good but it’s so repetitive and stiff. AC2 on the other hand is fucking great and I’m made it’s taken me so long to replay these.
ron perlman still calls you a pussy if you send the guy immune to radiation into a chamber with one trillion rads per second instead of fucking killing yourself lol
fallout 3 is so abysmal
Doom the Dark Ages Revelations is sooo good, how should we reward the devs? Oh yeah, lay them off. Fuck you Xbox I'm still mad about this.
I really do fear for what is next for id Software if basically all of the idTech team were laid off, we do NOT need id on Unreal Engine.
