I openly laugh at people complaining that the Red Cartel introduced FFP/PSR to prevent smaller clubs from growing (FFP was introduced to prevent smaller clubs, who often spent beyond their means from getting liquidated & data has shown that the process has been a success).
The PL should be thankful to the so-called Red Cartel because without Man Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal agreeing to share the TV money equally, the PL wouldn't have become the best league in the world. Had it been a La Liga system of proportionate distribution, your Brightons, Palaces, Bournemouths would have been no better than the Deportivos, Levantes and Elches.
So they ought to be very careful about how they punish Man City. Because if these 3 decide to walk away after losing faith in the integrity of the league, the league is done.
Liverpool & United are tied-in to a joint TV deal so each PL club gets an equal share of the money, both domestically & internationally. This stops them having their own individual deal where they would clean up and leave the rest with nothing.
Is that ‘fair’?
‘Red cartel’💩
The rules are in place to stop tin pot clubs like yours from going bust. We’re holding you back? If you get an open cheque book then so do we who the fucks picking Everton, Villa or Newcastle over ‘the red cartel’ if rules weren’t there and we could all spend what we want? 🤣🤣
My stance:
All clubs should be punished for breaking the rules including Everton, Manchester City and Chelsea without exception.
My problem is the rules themselves, which are designed to stop owners spending their own money on their own football club, just to protect the interests of Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.
I guarantee you, the only winners in this whole debacle will be the lawyers and the Red Cartel clubs that will dominate English football again much like what they did before Manchester City’s owners bought the club.
He should be locked up for letting something like this happen for 15 fucking years when anyone who wasn’t a City fan could tell you what was going on from the beginning 🤣 probably ends up getting a bonus out of it though ffs
💣💣🚨🚨 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Premier League CEO Richard Masters:
"Manchester City systematically broke Premier League Rules for nearly a decade."
"This disciplinary case, and this decision, are the most significant in Premier League HISTORY."
My 15 year-old son, a huge City fan who is now being bullied at school due to the outrageous media pile-on against City, has just listened to a @talkSPORT news bulletin where the announcer has just compared City CEO Soriano to a Bond villain.
Shame on you, @talkSPORT#mcfc
They’re all just deluded as fuck. If Villa, Newcastle etc have open cheque books then so does the ‘cartel’ you morons. Gordon? Still leaves and goes to Barca 🤷🏻♂️ Isak, still comes to Liverpool and even Teilemens was a release clause so he still would gone to United 😂😂 scruffs
Sorry to keep sharing, but if you’re not a City fan, take a listen and see if you can understand why folks take the position they do on FFP.
And this is why it’s difficult - even with an apparent guilty verdict - to really give a crap about FFP breaches.
It’s a closed shop.
Armed police launched a search in Edgware after reports of a man carrying what appeared to be a firearm on Edgwarebury Lane.
The Metropolitan Police were called at around 3.50pm on Wednesday, September 16, following reports from members of the public.
Armed officers were deployed and nearby schools and synagogues were temporarily placed into lockdown as a precaution while searches were carried out. The lockdowns have since been lifted and no injuries have been reported.
Police said descriptions from several witnesses led them to believe the object being carried may have been a toy gun. Officers had not located the man by Wednesday evening and no arrests had been made.
The Met said officers from its Community Protection Team remain in the area to provide reassurance while the search continues. Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting reference 4908/16SEP.

JJ Gabriel asking to leave the club has to be the final straw! The way the club is being run in to the ground is embarrassing and now we're losing a player they've told is generational. GLAZERS OUT
Does Anfield boo Robertson tomorrow or applaud him one last time?
374 apps and winning every major trophy says he deserves respect but the shirt he’s wearing says otherwise.
Maresca brought on £65m signing Ndiaye for impact. Carrick had Zirkzee as his second/final sub - a player #MUFC been trying to sell.
City’s midfield cost £241m - even if Mainoo the most valuable.
