Tuition and fee free college is here in Minnesota. In honor of CTE month, @LtGovFlanagan and OHE Commissioner @dolsonjr visited HVAC classrooms at @MplsCollege today, seeing firsthand one of the many programs that thousands of students can take tuition and fee free this fall.
