@c_backpocket It needs to be taken into account "Leinster" is just the name of the division the best teams in the rest of the 3 provinces play in. Reasonable to think a division which caters to everyone outside Munster, should have 7 or 8 teams in it. Especially when Kerry are in the mix too.

@c_backpocket I dont think it needs to be as extreme as that, but I think Mullane was on to something with putting 7 in leinster and then doing the bottom placed team replaced with Joe Mc winners and second bottom playing a relegation/promotion playoff against Joe Mc runners up.
